Our innovative and award-winning mental health training programme breaks down the barriers to support within the construction industry. We provide trained mental health champions who can guide anyone who is struggling to the appropriate resource. We have regular ‘Tool-Box Talks’ on mental health challenges and provide access to counselling services through our Thrive platform.
