Farrans have won yet another award for the Belfast Streets Ahead Project. This time at the RICS National Awards ceremony held in London last week. B.S.A. was the winner of the Regeneration Category (one of only five categories).

The Farrans Healthcare team have successfully delivered the new 8000m² perinatal building at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. The building has been constructed, fitted out and commissioned in just 76 weeks.

The East End Regeneration Route opened to traffic Thursday, 26 April, instantly improving accessibility to and from the east end of the city and improve the flow of traffic around the area.

Farrans (Construction) Limited have been awarded contracts worth more than £20m to deliver infrastructure works at two of ScottishPower Renewables onshore windfarms, which will include the construction of access roads, cable works and turbine foundations, at both Harestanes and Middleton Windfarm.

Broughshane Primary School’s P6 and P7 class project on bridges was brought to life when Farrans, in conjunction with the Institution of Civil Engineers, gave them their very own bridge to build, letting them put their research into practice.

Under the Belfast Schools Strategic Partnership, we have just completed Phase 1 of a new nine classroom primary school, which includes a nursery and a speech unit. The new school was constructed within the grounds of the existing live school.
