Farrans is delighted to have secured a place on the LHC Schools & Community Buildings framework, responsible for 7 lots across England.
This is part of LHC’s high-value framework across England, Scotland and Wales in order to carry out new build projects, extensions, refurbishment and associated works on a wide range of schools and community buildings.
Farrans has worked with LHC over the past 4 years and is excited to undertake the new contract, with the 7 lots stretching from Northern England to the Midlands, London and down to the South West.
Jason Denly, Pre-Contracts Manager at Farrans, said the contract award was a welcome addition to Farrans’ portfolio of major building projects.
“After successfully working with LHC with a pipeline of over £300m of opportunities, we are delighted to regain a place on the new SCB2 framework,” Jason said.
“This consequent framework offers a flexible procurement approach and provides clients with a real alternative to some of the other available frameworks.
“We will continue to work alongside LHC, gaining repeat business and offering a customer focussed procurement, site delivery and aftercare approach”.
Farrans is one of a number of contactors to have secured the opportunity to provide services on this UK framework, which is set to be completed over the next 4 years.
